Overview

Parables are short figurative stories used by Jesus Christ to reveal the kingdom of God while also exposing the listener’s heart.

Biblical Significance

The Gospels use parables to teach mercy, judgment, repentance, discipleship, and the hidden-yet-growing reign of God.
