Mordecai Discovers Plot

Overview

Details

While Mordecai sat at the King’s Gate, two royal chamberlains became angry with Ahasuerus and planned to attack the king. Mordecai learned of the conspiracy and told Esther, who reported it to the king in Mordecai’s name.

The matter was investigated and found true, and the conspirators were hanged. Mordecai’s service was written in the book of the chronicles but not immediately rewarded, creating the hidden setup for Mordecai Honored.
