In six days, God created everything by His spoken word:
- Day 1: Light and darkness — “Let there be light”

- Day 5: Sea creatures and birds
- Day 6: Land animals and humanity — created in God’s image (imago Dei)
- Day 7: God rested, blessed and sanctified the seventh day
Creation was declared “very good.” God’s method was speaking — “And God said… and it was so.” The cosmos had order, purpose, and a Creator who declared His work good.
